Salon Policies
At R&R Studio, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience for every guest. To ensure smooth scheduling and the highest level of service, we kindly ask you to review and respect our salon policies.
Appointments & Scheduling
- We recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
- New color or specialty service clients may require a complimentary consultation before booking.
- A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- A $50 non- refundable deposit is required to reserve appointments for color services totaling $125 or more. Deposits will be applied toward your final service.
- If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show, the deposit is forfeited.
Late Arrivals
- Out of respect for other guests and our stylists’ time, we have a 15-minute late policy. If a guest is 15 minutes late or more, they may be asked to shorten their service time or be asked to reschedule their appointment to another time. In the case of a need to reschedule, there may be a charge for 50% of the missed service, which will be charged to the credit card on file.
Adjustments & Satisfaction Guarantee
- Your satisfaction is our priority!
- Services are non-refundable, however, there are circumstances where an adjustment may need to be made. At R&R Studio, guest satisfaction is our top priority. If a guest is unsatisfied with their service, we are happy to schedule a complimentary adjustment appointment. Please contact the salon within 72 hours of the service date if there are any issues.
Children & Guests
- We love kids, but for safety and relaxation, only guests receiving services are allowed in the salon unless otherwise discussed.
Payments
- We accept cash, major credit cards, and electronic payments (ex, Zelle, Venmo, if applicable).
Nail Services
- Please arrive with bare nails (no dip, acrylic, or gel overlays unless previously scheduled for removal).
- Nail services are hand-focused only; we do not offer pedicures at the salon.
- Nail art requests should be discussed in advance to allow proper booking time.
